I completed my 2nd job interview today, & it didn't go as planned. :(
All thoughout school I have been told how 'in demand' speech language pathologists are. I know I'm just starting my job search- but it's frustrating.
How did you'all manage all the applications and information you received while career hunting? How did you know which offers to accept and which ones to pass on?
On a lighter note- I'll post my picture of the day later :)

I'm sorry Sarah!
I kept a notebook with every school that I called, interviewed, etc.. and made notes in that way so I wouldn't get the places confused. :)
Don't have any feedback for you as I just kinda landed in the job I'm in now due to crazy circumstances, but I can only imagine how frustrating it is.
What happened in the interview? How did it not go as planned?
Sorry if that is nosey. If you knew me in person you would know I ask alot of questions, cuz I like details. :) You dont' have to answer if you don't want to.
Well, good for you that you refused to answer! I woulda been all intimidated probably and answered it! You're right, it could be a God thing though, possibly shutting a door. It's hard not to get frustrated though since we only see a "partial view" of something and just have to trust Jesus. But that's what life is all about anyway, right. Trusting Jesus :)
Well I don't know much good ways of getting organized when interviewing like this. The only advice I can give is to keep praying and trusting that God is incontrol. Write down some good encouraging fighter verses to have handy for the moments you get frustrated and impatient.
OH, interviews can be crazy!
Keep on going, God has big plans for you. :o)
I know that at the beginning of this school year, we didn't have a SLP until October because they had a hard time filling the position.
Interviews can be crazy. One word of advise that my friends gave me was to not give an answer that day, even if they offered a job on the spot. It turned out that I got to choose between two great offers in the end.
Keep praying and going, the right one will come around!
