Well, we passed inspection! So, we have the green light on the house.....just have to wait til June 30th to close (the only downfall w/ this house is the late closing date)

So, here's the front:

this room is HUGE- you just can't tell it by the picture. The family we are buying the house from has 5 kiddos. This room was shared by 2 girls and counts as the 4th bedroom. We are going to paint and make this room our media room.
