Brandon and I celebrated Valentine's Day last night- at The Melting Pot! That place is amazing- expensive, but amazing. I can't wait to go there again. I'd have to say my favorite part was dessert.
In other news- I'm finally cooking a dinner! I haven't cooked a real meal in at least 2 weeks. But, the 1st timester is wrapping up, and I feel brave today. I decided to go ahead and make french dip sandwiches in the crockpot.
After 30 minutes of cooking, Brandon had to move the crockpot upstairs so I couldn't smell it......but it's still cooking and that's the point :)
I hope you have a wonderful Valentine's Day!

jordan and kristeen treated us to melting pot when we visited them in BR. it wsa great. i gave kristeen their cookbook for christmas and we tried several of the recipes for our christmas day meal. they were delicious and easy to do. makes me hungry just thinking about it. i'm glad you are feeling better.
I was at The Melting Pot last night too! We had our book club meeting there, and it was a blast. We just did the cheese and chocolate courses, but it was super yummy!
I totally sympathize about not wanting to smell the crock. I could hardly cook anything when I was pregnant. I couldn't stand smelling anything in the house!
I wanted to go there until I went to their website and it said it was $110-$125 per couple on Valentine's night. I said forget that, so we went to J. Alexander's instead and spent half that. But I really wanted fondue. Maybe some other time!
