Friday night- Brandon and I went to a romantic dinner at The Melting Pot and spent the night at the Hotel Ambassador. My parents (and my little sis) kept Bryson overnight and I'm sure he gave them a run for their money!
Brandon's mom came into town on Saturday for a short visit, so we went downtown to McNellie's for some yummy hamburgers and to hang out with Lindsey and Asher.
Then, on Sunday- actual Valentine's day- we went to church and wrapped up our marriage series. We spent the rest of the day hanging out with our family and just spending a quite evening at home.
(Our good friend Kayla gave Bryson this dog for Valentines and he adores it! He loves to gum on its ears!)
Alot's been going on around here- I turned in my two week notice at one of my contract companies. Now, I am just working at a pediatric clinic and a few hours a week at a charter school with about nine speech IEP students. I'm definitely cut out for clinic work much more than home health.In other, non-me news, Bryson finally recovered from RSV. As soon as he was well, I came down with a terrible ear and sinus infection. Now, Brandon has it! One day, we'll all be well at the same time again!
Bryson is about to move up into the 6-12 month room at preschool. The school sent home an evaluation on Tuesday proving that he had met his developmental milestones and is ready to be promoted. I was nervous as I opened the evaluation, which I know sounds silly, but with my job, evaluations are never a positive thing! It was such a relief to see that he was on track. It definitely gave me insight on how to better handle the evaluation process at work.
So, that's what's going on in our little corner of the world! I'll try to update a little more!

So are you not teaching full time anymore??? The clinic work sounds interesting!
