photo 33- my 1st cake!

I completed my 1st cake today! I think it turned out pretty good for my 1st one.....mine was one of the few that didn't have crumbs in the icing- I consider that a huge success :)
What do you think? I decided to go with the Valentines day theme.

Cute! so, I'm guessing you get to keep all these cakes and eat them? Are you going to get sick of cake? I think that would be a fun class!

Man, your quick!

We paid $150 for it, and I was so excited about finally getting to "see" her! They never could get a good enough picture of her. I think she was in an akward position and the whole thing was a big letdown and I went away so disappointed and I said I would never do it again. Well, I'll never pay for it again, at least.

Good job! Getting smooth icing is really hard so you are doing great. The true test was how it tasted! It looks yummy!
