What an amazing weekend! On Saturday, the OU Sooners lost to Texas, our OSU Cowboys BEAT #3 Mizzou and our friend Lloyd called from Yellowstone! And now, OSU is ranked #8 in the nation- it's a crazy time to be a Cowboy fan :)
We had several friends over for a football game watch party on Saturday and had a wonderful time! I made my father-in-law's orange margaritas and they were a huge hit. Here's the recipe:
Mix 1 small can of frozen limeade concentrate and 1 1/2 measurement lines of Country Time Lemonade Crystals.
Add 2 - 3 jiggers of Triple Sec and 2 - 3 jiggers of Tequila.
Add ice and blend in a blender.
Just before serving, add a LARGE scoop of Orange Sherbet ice cream. ENJOY!
