Oh yummy! I did this a few weeks ago on a whim, after almost tossing out 2 black bananas. I used a recipe from my Southern Living at Home cookbook and it turned out really yummy. Next time I might add a little more sugar though. I like my banana bread sweet! Well I just like sweets really. :)
